This Week: Prabodha — Awakening Begins
This week, we’re working with the Sanskrit word Prabodha—awakening.
But not awakening as a moment of clarity.
Not the kind that arrives fully formed, with answers and direction neatly wrapped together.
This is awakening as a beginning.
As the first subtle shift in awareness.
The moment something catches your attention…
before you fully understand why.
Before you know what it means.
Before you know what to do with it.
Prabodha is the space where something starts to change—
quietly, almost imperceptibly at first.
A thought that lingers.
A feeling that doesn’t pass as quickly as it used to.
A pattern that becomes just visible enough that you can’t quite ignore it anymore.
And this is where the real work begins.
Not in action.
Not in decision-making.
Not in immediate transformation.
But in awareness.
Throughout this week, we’ll be exploring what it means to stay in that space long enough for something deeper to emerge.
We’ll move through:
👉 Awareness before action
Learning to notice without immediately reacting, fixing, or defining.
👉 The tension of not knowing
That uncomfortable in-between space where something is clear enough to feel—but not yet clear enough to resolve.
👉 The transition from insight to integration
How awareness becomes something you can actually live with—without rushing the process.
Because here’s the truth we don’t talk about enough:
Awareness rarely arrives with clarity.
It arrives with questions.
It arrives with uncertainty.
It arrives with just enough information to let you know something is shifting…
but not enough to tell you what comes next.
And if we rush that space—
if we force answers before they’re ready—
we lose depth.
We trade understanding for speed.
But if we stay…
If we allow awareness to unfold at its own pace…
Something different happens.
Awareness becomes discernment.
Discernment becomes aligned action.
And action becomes something sustainable—something real.
This is where HeartFire begins.
Not in the doing.
But in the noticing.
And this week, we’re not rushing to the end of the process.
We’re honoring the beginning.
Because awakening doesn’t start when everything finally makes sense.
It begins the moment you start to notice—and choose not to look away. 💛
